Client specific requirements can be met - we source venues of all grades - Budget, 3 star, 4 star, 5 start. Chain hotels and independants in all locations can be sourced for you.
We have the buying power to negotiate heavily discounted rates that are passed on.
Minimum of 3 options are proposed for each stay.
Reservation numbers are issued for each booking
We let you know the distance from the hotel to your required location.
Confirms whether credit facilities are available to you?
Provide invoice cross charge facilities (see below).

Maverick Solutions provide the client with a comprehensive financial monthly reporting system which details all accommodation that has been booked and the payment status for each booking
Maverick Account Manager analyse data to check hotel usage and negotiate rates on behalf of client based on volume
Streamline hotels where appropriate to maintain buying levels

Cross Charge Facilities

Where a venue will not offer invoice facilities Maverick Solutions UK Ltd operate a cross charge service for accommodation invoices; for which there is a fee of £2.50 + VAT per booking.
For less expensive accommodation e.g. Travelodge and / or Premier Inn, Maverick charge an additional 8% on the ex VAT room rate as an additional fee; this is because this style of venue does not pay commission and therefore Maverick does not earn anything from booking this style of accommodation for clients.
